I felt a bit isolated. the walk to town is quite long and dark at night. We had an unfortunate incident with rude staff regarding our dog, which made our stay uncomfortable. There seemed to be a lack of understanding about their dog-friendly policy, leading to a frustrating experience during breakfast.

The scenic gardens and wildlife surrounding the retreat provided a peaceful escape. Breakfast was diverse, and the honesty bar added a cozy touch for relaxing evenings.

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a cute bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with sim cards, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a cozy getaway!

The owners, Donna and Phil, are incredible hosts, going above and beyond with their service! ! They even let us leave our car there while we explored the area, which was a big plus for us.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but given the quality, I can’t complain.

The large first-floor room was spacious and featured an en suite bathroom with a delightful roll top bath and walk-in shower.
